pixels and paper july challenge

oh love the colour this month,

getting out these items from my cupboard,

 white Kaiser card stock,
the Crafters workshop stencil -  dots
Derivan blue kindy glitz,
Ranger Distress Crackle paint - picket fence
I proceeded  to splotch over the design,

I made some dots on the corner, but afterwards, i did no like it , ohh, how to change it now,
So out to the kitchen to get my big clear dinner plate to cut the circle out.
my photo  used to be a large long photo, here i have used shaped dies that i bought in a special  group of  ones  and hadn't used them , but thinking today, i wanted a different shape instead of my usual square or circle photos, yes, why not,
At the same time i  got out my kaiser die, i was thinking of adding the whole swirls to the layout, but it just was not working, so then thought, why not make the swirls smaller, and thought of just little bits from under the photos,  but then ended up all of them under the photo. ( one photo made into 3 )

I use this blue all the time ,and then wondered after i cut the circle, gosh , i  hope now i have the right blue to put under it , its pretty close, i will have to go to the shop and buy lots more blue  card stock again. soon. as i use this a lot in my layouts.

I have inked white Dew Drop Brilliance - white around the edge of card stock & also  the View from the top on my chipboard letters,
Also have sprinkled  some enamel dots  around the page.
around the edge of the inner circle, i have with my finger, smeared with some blue kindy glitz
