July Almighty Crafters D.T.

  hi everyone

for those  living in winter time now  isnt it cold  brrr im  just waiting for summer to arrive but first we have to get though spring we are in winter now .

So for  july,  its always Anything goes for  almighty Crafters blessed with craft , & of course most do Christmas in July, so felt like doing  this   for the month of july and also get my  posting Christmas  cards  up and started

lets start

I have used Kaiser  Native Noel  paper collection

white  cardstock  you wont see it its only to hold the papers  together

doily

embellishments

at first  i have created a layout to show you that you can do both a layout or cards  using the same technique i have used

gather 8 sheets of  co coordinating  papers

Cut  2 pieces  of  A  papers  12 inch  by  1 inch on all papers

        2 pieces of   B   paper

Cut  2 pieces  of  C  papers

        2 pieces of   D   paper

Cut  2 pieces  of  E  papers

        2 pieces of   F   paper

Cut  2 pieces  of  G papers

        1  piece of   H   paper

(1) Distress and ink  one side only  on all  papers

 (2) add A on the outer edges of  both right and left  hand side of the page and work in  towards the middle ,just overlapping   the previous  paper as shown with distress edge  being seen

(3 ) add a doily    to your layout and add photo  decorate as desired

 (4)  you can   even turn the page  if you like the stripes to go the other way  .

* * Alternately  you can do it with   only 12   pieces  of paper and  just butt the pages together for the same effect ,

for your cards

for the cards  you can have a choice what size you would like

i have used  Docrafts  Paperania  a5  Die cut foiled  sentiments

i have used cream  cards  purchased at Shelleys land  50  cards and 50 envelopes

4 x 6 "

3 x 6 "

mine are  5 3/4 "  x  4 inches

4 x 4  inch

5 x 5 inch

or 6 x  6 inch

Decorate as desired

another way is to  separate the sheets & place  on a green back ground then onto cream card
the  merry Christmas is washi tape ( from  harvey norman ) added to green cardstock from Creative Memories

until next month
Happy crafting
cheers
jacqui
