Almighty crafters blessed with craft June Dt


                                                    Design team   for  June 

 This months   challenge is to  use a slim line card  for June,  I dont usually work with this size , mine  are usually  square or  4 x 6 for posting . but its becoming all the rage  now,   first being called Tall cards  now Slimline cards . 

 materials 

 2 sheets  (  11 x 8 1/4  inch ) Bee Arty  350 gsm  white   card stock Bee artys papers  are great for  doing messy  as it  does not bleed  onto the other side, i also use this   for making  my  mini albums as nice and thick and does not bow

1 sheet  my colours cardstock  blue  Commodore

Beccys Place   Smooth  Seas  stamp & die set ,these can be sold separately. if you dont  have a big shot,  ebosser or embossing   machine 

trimmer, 

 scorer  if you dont own one  the back of a your  knife  out of the kitchen drawer will do the trick

 i  have a we are  memory (  my best  investment  it cuts & scores  but i just keep it as a scorer

along with my Misti that  stamps perfect  every time  in the same place  

paper  xtra  ink pads  blue 46432  

Smooches  ive used  silver,  fawn  yellow , orange, blue .

gauze or  cheese cloth or  bandages all work the same

destresser   optional  





 


lets go 

(1)   cut  your white card stock to  7 x 8 3/4  inch then score  in the middle at  three and half 

(2) Spray  Kaiser  Navy  spray over  your gauze let dry 

(3) cut  2 pieces blue cardstock to  8 1/2 x 3 1/4 inch. place one  on the outside and one on the inside of your card 

(4)) cut  Kaiser  Salty Kisses  shell paper or your desired  paper  to  8 1/4 x 3 inch distress the edges and then ink in blue  ink pad if you like to .

(5)  stamp Smooth seas stamp  onto 2nd   white cardstock ,then die cut  out  

( 6 )  colour in your anchor,  poles sea gull ( i have left  this  not coloured )  ships wheel &  sea horse  to your desired colours 

Add  salty kisses  to blue card , then gauge ,  and finally  the  painted   items  you have just painted
