Last challenge of the year,
well, i have a 3 more layouts to do , before i finish my 216 layouts in one year, but this one is the online challenge that specifies what is required, the others are my own creations
Lat night, i was thinking of doing some sewing on but then, no, it would take me too much time to thread the needle first, and to get the numbers just so, i had a picture of our house in the kitchen, first bare then when cupboards were entered, than i noticed , one of the other layouts had that , so changed my mind, as i did not want people to think i just copied it ,
I found a picture of out house, when it was first finished and we had just moved in after my husband built it
it took him 15 weeks off work, long service, to complete, he said he always wanted to build his own home and he achieved this.
gosh, just thought, i haven't used any patterned paper on my layout, amazing, so just have used card stock
red, white and blue and of course the main craft card stock as base
the key tied to the word our home is a part of a prize from Sketchy boards challenge last month, and is from Dstash supplies
hope you all have a festive and happy new year to all.
until next year ,
happy new year
from jacqui
now on to my last 3 layouts . may see if i have some unfinished layouts with no photos on , that i have done in classes, they count also as they are then finished when photos are added, .
then tidy up and have a rest , before the new year starts

Sketchy Boards December Challenge
my layout is called - Love 3 generations ( which are my sister, my mum and my niece )
What a wonderful year of Sketches and colour palettes , sketchy boards, it has been great doing all of your challenges,
i just love the blue that you picked this month along with gold, for the last of the year,
blue cardstock
I have used , Kaiser Cottage Rose specialty papers today, and rubbed with my finger,
Viva ink gold kobaltblue cobart blue, ive had it for about 3 years, a must have on a bus trip, ,but get it home and 3 years later find it and its hard, ive heard that you can put hot water and leave it overnight, but of colours, i now want to use it, so just rubbed it over the page,
Ive added in parts some gold wax,, that i purchased from scrap matts in November plan to use things now as i purchase them
I was given some doilies from Toni and had found a large one while looking for something else, isnt it always the way,
I have also just rubbed over lightly the same inka blue on another cottage rose specialty sheet to give another lighter shade of patterned paper
I have cut some of my project life cards to make them square and added Kaiser gold ink to them to scatter around the page as well ,as a gold glitter flower ,which came off a make and take at a place to create which i did not glue down properly, but now perfectly fits this page
The bling is from Kaiser
, thanks Page maps for all wonderful sketches, i loved them all
Wishing everyone on the design team a very merry Christmas and a happy new year,
until next year,

A2Z Scraplets December Challenge
A2Z Scraplets
my inspiration came form the checkered board, i first thought of a calendar page, but i added the colours of the checkered board and soon covered whole calendar page .( wheres the calendar gone )
I have used
Kaiser card stock
i have used Kaiser scraps fun in the sun papers, and touch of gold again out of my scrap papers, ( that i was going to donate to a lady whos 84 years old and sill makes cards, she said to me any scraps doesn't matter how small it all helps, i have collected her a large box to keep her going over Christmas and new year. and will give to her tomorrow
for my chipboard, which i declare is not a2z , maybe next time , these are Kaisers ladders and alphabets
i have made the fun and 2016 i have rubbed wax on them , then added glossy accents over
the wax tubs can be purchased from Scrapmatts
the of and in are inked with a black gel pen and then again covered in glossy accents,
i have added some Kaiser bling to the letter i
these are some of my challenges that i have done in the past year, ( of course , not all 195 of them, ) im wondering in the next 6 days i can get another 20 to go to finish the 216 layouts on one year, for the 216 challenge, im getting tired LOl but still have to add the Christmas decorations around the house, as family are coming here for a change.
may not make it , but know that i have come this close, 195 from 216 layouts is not that bad
will have to ask Santa can i have a rest soon please
thank you once again for these awesome challenges,
not sure if next year be able to continue, for all months of challenges , may have some rest times as new adventures are arising starting in February, 2017. will do what i can, when im home
Looking forward to seeing what you have installed, Keep up the good work,
Wishing you all a safe and merry Christmas and a prosperous
new year.

1 2 3 challenge
Thanks 1 2 3 for this amazing challenge
1 colour - Silver
2 word - Believe
3 technique - layers
at the start of December, i thought, gosh, i dont have much in line with silver, and layers ohh, the word believe, i would think about, & getting close to Christmas, would i have time for all my challenges, maybe give it a miss on all, but thats not me, i like to give them all a go,
it wasn't til last night, that i was talking to my hubby and said , i really like doing the 1 2 3 challenge, but the paper is getting me stumped, he suggested i use aluminium foil , something a bit different, and so my layout begun. ( he doesn't usually help in the scrapping area)
At a recent Craft Alive here in Logan, Sofia from Scrapmatts showed me this awesome little tub of wax,
Im trying to get stuff that does not take up a lot of room , so when Sofia showed me this wax, next question which colour combo to get, just buy all of them , just use your finger to apply, no need for special tools, love that idea, then i have every colour, would you believe there is silver in it and gold for my next challenge, ( that i also have been hanging off to do ) & brass ,which i dont think i will have much use for , but you never know hey
so i have coloured the presents, tree, the word believe in this Metallic wax rub on
Also at scrapmatts some small chipboard that had the word believe.
i thought well, im not going to do it all silver, add some colours to the mix, while sorting for papers, in my scraps ,( funny what you find in your papers ,what are they doing here always a treasure to find things in my stash ) i then came across doilies ,which are in silver and gold, ( which is another challenge. yeehaa )
i felt that it needed something else, so got out my new Heidi swapp stickers, ohh yes, its silver, why didnt i think of this before i started to lay it down to see where it would look nice, and part of it stuck to the photo, well, i guess you are going here , as i did not want to ruin the photo i think it just finished off the layout,
I have used my new Kaiser dies and created the word Christmas and the Reindeer and the Baubles all with the aluminium foil it took a bit to get them though getting the right depth, so a it would not cut right though or not enough. a few attempts to get it right, but hey, im so wrapped with it ,
no cardstock is used in this layout,
I have used
I have used a combination of Scrapmatts and Kaiser chipboards,
Kaiser papers - silent night,
D'Lish heart silver doilies
Creative die -woodland scene die
Heidi Swapp sticker sheet Love this ( a prize from sketchy boards a few months ago)
cheap circle doily ( another hidden treasure )
glossy accents on presents, tree
im soo happy with this layout, im wondering if i can find more paper to now do a double layout to put the rest of the photos from this event finished.
Until , next year, wishing all you a very Merry Christmas and a Wonderful and Exciting New Year,
well, now i have gold, i can begin the next challenge, and then have a few days to put my stash away and finally see a floor. before the family arrive for Christmas
thanks for stopping by, see you all next year for more exciting challenges. there may be some months where im not available, but thats life hey.

123 November challenge
Thanks 1 2 3 for this great challenge,
i did not think that i would have the time or energy to do this one, but tonight, being the last night, why not give it a go, it wasn't til yesterday, that i was looking though photos that i saw my friend jenny was in peach for her surprise birthday 4 years ago,
i have had and still have allergies, since the 8th November ,so haven't felt like doing any scrapping in general,
I have used crafty weave card stock just the pretty peach that was required
i have used Kaiser Blue bell 6 x 6 papers and have popped it up with black card stock,
The flowers are part of my prize from another challenge 2 months ago that i won,
i have pleated a bit of left over peach card stock
and found some hexagon papers that ive had for ages,
the cake is part of some collectables,
my friend Jenny, was pretty surprised at her 60th birthday party, she only thought she was going to her sisters place and having a small dinner with family, she ws totally surprised, when she came and saw her school friends there , that we have not seen each other for over 15 years , so was really a fun night .
can not wait to see what you have installed for December

Kaisers Fun in the Sun Paper Collection, March 2008 ( now thats going back some years, i have the books & its in book 5, its about time i used more of that paper hey.
i have cut out circles and have layered , inked and distressed the edges.
my first idea was to create the bus , but circles kept popping up in my head, to do circles for a change,
i recently watched someone create awesome cards, using shaving cream & food colouring , so have added just a small amount onto the left hand side of page that has colours that go with the page, ( it does smell nice the layout LOL)
until next month,
thank you for another great challenge.

A2Zscraplets Septembers challenge
today, while sorting out papers for selling, i came across this zigzag papers, and thought, A2Z challenge here we go,
so instead of cardstock, as base today was just playing with patterned papers, also did 2 other challenges today the same way.
i have titled my layout , WILD WEATHER as when i was working, i was there 10 years, and my boss, gave me a weekend away at a resort, but by the time i got to mums place, as i was taking mum away withme, the weather got nasty and the waters rose in half and hour. As we were going away for the weekend mum cleaned out the fridge, so we only had baked beans for the weekend, my hubby thought i was at the resort all weekend, living the high life, but did not get there, what a weekend living on baked beans. went back to work on monday, everyone asked how the weekend went we did finally go away, in may, 2 months after that weekend .
The papers are from Kaiser collection, one is called Hello today, but not sure of the other one
the card stock is Kaiser marine,
i have added some Amy Tangerines Washi tape
the chipboards are fro Kaiser and have inked it with black drew drop ink and covered with mod podge dimensional magic,

1 2 3 September challenge
thanks very much for this challenge
As i m getting ready to go to camp soon, everything is a mess in my craft room pulling things out, but then i thought, why not , just do simple layouts, that dont take a lot of time
Seeing as my Mum does not drive any more, its up to me to take her to her seniors club, every thursday, so naturally, im , in the seniors club now, getting free cups of coffee and biscuits LOL ,
they have things on every week, the announcer said a few weeks ago , next week we are dressing up for spring, as it turned out, i had to take mum for an appointment, that day, so missed out, but was meeting my school friends on saturday, and thought, i always wear jeans or good pants, why not wear this dress, that i just bought for the dress up day,
Im hoping the seniors will have a Melbourne cup day, ive heard they do, so will pop on a hat and i ready for that one, so the dress will get 2 wears out of it , ..
so i got one of them to take a photo of me. unfortunately, you wont see the colour as its not the right colour for this challenge, but i have used up all my photos of me in purple
the card stock is just out of my stash, that ive had for years, ( about time i used some now)
ive then added , gesso to my new 8 x 8 inch FAB stencil just love this, and with my abundance of chipboard words, created the word I have inked it with drew drop inks, which i love and then gone over it with smooch white.
i have also edged it with white card stock
hope you like it ,til next month,
thanks
As i m getting ready to go to camp soon, everything is a mess in my craft room pulling things out, but then i thought, why not , just do simple layouts, that dont take a lot of time
Seeing as my Mum does not drive any more, its up to me to take her to her seniors club, every thursday, so naturally, im , in the seniors club now, getting free cups of coffee and biscuits LOL ,
they have things on every week, the announcer said a few weeks ago , next week we are dressing up for spring, as it turned out, i had to take mum for an appointment, that day, so missed out, but was meeting my school friends on saturday, and thought, i always wear jeans or good pants, why not wear this dress, that i just bought for the dress up day,
Im hoping the seniors will have a Melbourne cup day, ive heard they do, so will pop on a hat and i ready for that one, so the dress will get 2 wears out of it , ..
so i got one of them to take a photo of me. unfortunately, you wont see the colour as its not the right colour for this challenge, but i have used up all my photos of me in purple
the card stock is just out of my stash, that ive had for years, ( about time i used some now)
ive then added , gesso to my new 8 x 8 inch FAB stencil just love this, and with my abundance of chipboard words, created the word I have inked it with drew drop inks, which i love and then gone over it with smooch white.
i have also edged it with white card stock
hope you like it ,til next month,
thanks

scrapbooking top 50 august challenge
when i saw the butterflies on your challenge sight , i knew that kelly anns butterflies would suit perfectly
I have never been into butterflies until last year, when i happened to go to class that on the layout had butterflies,
now, i can not get enough, especially with A Mothers Art, butterflies, from Kelly Ann Oosterbeek, who designs her own self adhesive sticker butterflies, they are soo cute, & now i have seen, that i can make one colour into another making another colour, orange, using marker pens, that Kelly mentioned to me . how cool.
i had visions of how they would go on my page, but this did not eventuate
here is what i have used to create my layout.
I have used , the crafters workshop stencil then with
Colour Blast texture paste another of my favourites in my stash, using
singing the blues
Royality
Sunshine
Lipstick ( pink)
and of course, Kellys butterflies, A Mothers Art
red
yellow,
made orange
blue
lilic
i have some music washi tape as well added.
all on white card stock.
hope you like it ,
thanks.
Hope to do more of these in the coming months.
until i check out tomorrow what Septembers challenge is , where has the year gone

A2Z Scraplets August CHallenge
Thanks very much A2Z just love these tic, tac, toes, challenges, makes me think outside the box,
so this afternoon, i thought i would go with
(1) patterned paper
(2) a2z chipboard, On a Adventure
(3) stamping,
(1) The patterned paper i have used, is Kaiser's Pack your Bags. its a very old collection, but have plenty of, so I have cut one out a sheet out and turned it over and inked it on to second sheet, ( same ) in distress Vintage photo ink. I also have used a 6 x 6 inch patterned papers to mat under the photos.
(2) with the word, On a Adventure, i have used Lindy magical Hydranda Blue, which i recently bought at gympie, on our recent adventure with my best friend Natalie.
I will have to find more of these cute tubs, they have so many uses & they dont take too much room,
what i did with it was to use my water brush and dipped into the bottle and then started at the bottom, i wanted the effect of light at the top and darker at the bottom, ( i usually dont play), so what i get on the page is what i get, so have gone over it a few times at the bottom , to make it look darker, and then have used dimensional magic to make it pop. i just like getting started and finishing my project within a couple of hours,
(3) stamping ,
Here i have used several brands,
Kaszazz for the 2 birds, with black staz on ink
the car, is from Kaiser - On the Move stamping collection i have coloured in with Colour Blast texture paste for the windscreen and headlights - Sunshine and the bumper bars with colour blast - Steel, again i have got out the tub of Magical Hydrangea Blue an painted the car ( my favourite colour blue)
The Seagulls & word - you never know when your making a memory are both from Kaiser stamps both are inked in staz-on inks
hope you enjoy my layout,
not sure if i will complete any more challenges,
i have in the coming weeks.
an orchid show to to help set up ( hubby grows orchids)
sewing - to fix my dress for a wedding ( not mine wedding LOL)
make a wedding card,
pack for next retreat, im not going to retreat til october
and a few other things, before the end of the month.
i am sure i will have other things that will tie me up with other adventures im sure
until next month, thanks for dropping by.

1 2 3 August Challenge
hi another month is passing us by, thanks for this challenge, i found this one really easy to do i did it in a matter of minutes at a recent retreat, but then had to wait to get hoe to print out the photos.
before leaving on my retreat, i embossed some white card stock,
I have used , Sea Breeze Kaiser papers, p 2017 refresh for a change instead of brown card stock,
at the retreat, i cut my papers into squares, added a brown car, and then added the photos today,
I have used ,Close to my Heart stamps for the date and the word scrapbook
the word ,explore, i had printed out at home, but when i looked in my goodie box, there i found this explore, which is much nicer than mine
i had fun wit this one, now to continue y story on the other side of the paper with another challenge,
until next month, where has the time gone, September soon & i haven't even started my Xmas cards, they went all the way to Gladstone and home again ,without even opening the bag
best fins some time soon.
cheers

sketchy boards July challenge
thanks page drafts, what a great sketch,
& sketchy boards for mood board colours
seeing as im having a destash in my craft room, i thought i would miss some challenges this month, and concentrate on selling a few items, that i dont use any more, ( and then some challenge site will put up something i have sold, isnt it always the norm, )
anyway, got to thinking , that i could possibly do one or 2 if i tried, so
here is sketchy boards.
now, everyone knows, im a true Kaiser lady, but i have you know, that today, i have used Close to y Heart papers that ive had in the drawer for at least 2 years, so best use them. otherwise they might be on the selling board
I have used, Ultimate crafts Magnolia Lane collection timeless die.
Kaiser timeless collectables.
Kaiser Prairie lane Collection alpha stickers
Kaiser bling
Dylusions ink spray vibrant turquoise on the green papers to make them the right colour & splashed some over the page
i have distressed and inked around the page also with Kaiser ink pad , bark
hope you like it ,
until next month, enjoy and have fun

July 123 challenge
thanks very much for this great challenge, i usually, dont work in pastels, but do have papers for them
123 challenge
colour - pastels
word - priceless
technique - glitter
so today, i thought i would incorporate mixed media with old pastels scrap papers & collectables
as my background, ive used the kaiser stencil, circles & liquid pearls, pink, blue, yellow and purple and mixed them with cotton ball to give a lighter shade of colour on all
the liquid pearls, im not that happy with, but dont take things back ,& it seems a shame then not to use them, even though, they did not work the way i wanted the to so this was a good way to use more of it . i do like the colours & they look pretty on the shelf, i now have some new liquid pearls that are 3 d, and love them,
so have mixed the cotton ball to all the colours & painted it on my white card stock.
i have inked around the white cardstock with pink ink from kaiser & placed it on my Ballet Kaiser card stock.
then out of my scraps, i have found kaiser lullaby papers and some nursery papers ( that i bought at kmart years ago)
The butterflies and swirls are from Kaiser 'chapter one collectables,
i have printed my priceless on my cricut machine and put glitter over it and on one of the butterflies,
and popped up the word priceless,
one challenge done for this month,
its amazing what one finds, when i have a 6 month clean up , last month , i wanted jigsaw puzzles, and knew i had them , today i found them , too late for challenge,
well, best get back to sorting the room ,until next month,
cheers
jacqui
p..s in the right hand corner of the layout, you might notice ,that it looks a bit blurry, i recently , bought a new camera early in the year, but when i was on holidays, the camera fell out of my pocket and onto the rocks below, ( i should have listened to hubby, when he said do you have to take the camera everywhere ) , had i left it in the car, it would be good now, i did not tell him that i sort of broke it and can not afford to get another $400.00 camera .

123 june challenge
hi crafty people,
thanks very much for this great challenge, all month, i have been thinking about this , while sorting my room , im thinking , i have no real dramas, where im wearing the right colour for the challenge, i just wont do any this month it wont hurt me to have a break,
1 is colour lilic
2 is word - Drama
3 is doodling
well now its 9.pm on the 30th june, and now , i find a photo, can i do it in time ?
possibly, if i can do a 5 minute mystery challenge layout in the June show in Brisbane this year, in 5 minutes, then anything is possible, although the texture paste wont be dry, as everyone has gone to bed ,and i dont want to disturb them with my heat gun,
i have used , colour blast texture paste royalty, such a pretty lilac with portacraft self adhesive stencil and then had a bit of scrap lilic papers from Kaisercraft,
I have doodled around the photo mat and around the edges with black gel pen,
printed of the word drama ,
and im done , 30 minutes. dont want to over do it , now hopefully i can remember what to do next, been a while since ive linked it here goes,
until next month, will do early,
cheers

a2z may challenge
A2Z may challenge, thanks very much for this great sketch,
Today , went to my friends last workshop wonders event, & did some shopping , they had 4 classes I did not do the classes today & saw some friends but bought some stencils & Colour Blast texture paste, which i just love.
i wanted to try them before i went away on holidays tomorrow, so thought , i will do the a2z challenge then i only have one to do if i get time when i return,
I was having so much fun with the stencils and new Colour Blast texture paste ,that i forgot that there was sketch, even though it was sitting in front of me.
so using the A2Z roses chipboard, that i won in the Easter challenge, i have done them with Kaisers pens, i had started to use the fire engine texture paste ,but with the white gesso under neath , they were turning pink and i did not want that, so turn it over and do the other side,
other products i have used are :-
2016 is from My 2 angels.
papers are Kaiser timeless
washi tape
words are from Bekki Higgins Project life
im not really wrapped with the layout, as i said i was only going to use the stencils and the chipboard, may pull it apart after i return, but dont get me wrong, the sketch is great, its just that my plans did not go as well as i thought they would . ( it may grow on me the layout i mean )
until next month.

scrapbooking top 50 Australia May challenge
National Scrapbooking top 50 Australia challenge,
Another new challenge to try, a change is as good as a holiday, they say, so changing my challenges , give me new directions, that i may have not tackled before,
this month for May is a tic tac toe, my eyes usually fall for the blues always before any other colour, i was going though some old photos from expo days and here i am in grey, a colour i rarely use these days. i could have gone for the blues, but the flowers in the background just happened to be orange and yellow, so created a new direction for me to follow.
I have many kits, that i bought when i worked, i will do them , once i finish work, but 6 years later , they are still there, so i went though them and i found some papers that had the right colour scheme,
I have used Basic grey papers second city roscoe village , sec 4703
second city southport sec 4706.
i have used grey butterflies washi tape, another product in my stash, i dont even remember buying that ,so must have been a present.
I have used yellow rose resins and other flowers from my abundance of flowers.
I have inked in distressed in spiced marmalade
Chipboard letters are coloured in with Kaiser-fusion grey with glossy accents over the top
hope you enjoy this ,as much as i created it ,
until next time , have a good day.

National Scrapbook top 50 challenge day
Thanks National Scrapbook day for this bright interesting challenge.
i was going to wait til Wednesday, to complete this , but thought, i may be worse than i feel now & doing these bright colours just might be the key to feeling better.
I may be scrapped deprived. LOl
I recently received for my birthday Sweet Summertime 5th Anniversary Limited Edition by Crystal Wilkerson paper pack, i loved the bright colours & thought, i wonder if i will get a challenge to work with them ,
I've also used butterflies from Kelly-Ann Oosterbeeks from a Mothers Art , just love these little fellows
So here is my version, i had other thoughts when i started , but then it sometimes turns out a whole lot different than when one starts, i will have to see if i can get more of these papers at the next craft show coming up in June to work with more papers.
tonight as soon as i saw those lovely rich colours, i knew the papers i would use, finding a photo to suit ight be the challenge, but i just opted for our caravan ,when we went away in February, so now can continue on with these papers and photos for our holiday
i will have a look at your tic tac toe challenge, it looks interesting. something different to try

ive also had heart templates from Fiskers, for about a year, and ideas started to flow, once i placed them down on the white card stock
I have cut out the heart, after drying, with the colour paste this great Colour Blast - colour paste can be bought from Tenisha at Scrap Elegance at Stockleigh, qld.

A2Z Scraplets April Challenge
A2Z Scraplets April Challenge
Thanks very much for this great challenge, i just started this one today, when the mail arrived,
Thank you very much for my prize, i love it , in a few weeks time im going on an adventure, for my family reunion up in hervey bay, so will be able to use it then or in another months challenge, i also love the chipboard with the roses, they are just beautiful & can not wait to start painting it .
getting on to a layout.,
this afternoon, i decided that i would start some layout, as i dont have many days at home this month, like 5 days,
so, with my white card stock, and my new Kaiser Bubble stencil, that i bought today, i have used , Dew Drop Brilliance Sky Blue, Versa Colours - Cyan & Vera Colour Indigo Inks to rub over sections of the stencil on to the page.
ive added some Kaiser droplets and sparklets and glossy accents over different parts of the page
Technique on chipboard.
for my chipboard, from A2Z scraplets, my last one i thought, til mail came, i have first inked with Dew Drop Brilliance Cloud White, and then over the top, i have added another size smaller bubble stencil & I have used , Colour Blast- Singing in the Blues Colour Paste, then that was dry, it looked a bit pale, so have then gone over it again with Colour Blast - Colour Paste Deep Water with the big bubbles like on the page, i have then put glossy accents over the lot of the dolphin & the word Seaworld
I usually dont do fussy cutting, but saw in my stash some dolphins on a paper, it took me a while, with cutting off tails and fins and noses, cut in the process, to get the 5 dolphins but its done, in future, just use the whole sheet i think
.
I have also used ,some Kaiser Sandy Toes Collectibles on the layout
well, on to start my next layout before tea. i have a sketch and colour palette ,
looking forward to next month , keep up the good work,
thanks for stopping by,
Jacqui

anyway, turn paper over and start again,
I have stamped around the edge with Kaiser Me stamps, just love these little x x x x
i then proceeded to start with the gesso again, ( which i had on the other side,) but i thought, seeing as my dress only had small dots, i did not like the big dots that i had, what to use, ? ? ?
so putting away my foam dots, i saw the perfect solution, so i peeled off one side and presto, small dots. so have put black and white gesso over the page.
I have had these creative memories black and white flowers for a while, now, and this year , is about getting to use all my stash, thats been sitting for a while, and placed a black bling at the top,
I have used washi tape, another thing just sitting in the cupboard,
the rock and roll party are from the Craft stall Blackboard stickers, very appropriate for my page
i have also added , black bling swirls,
i had fun creating this layout, hope you love it as much as me, until next month,
another month has started, i only have 6 free days to get my challenges done this month, so thought i would start off with Kraft plus, some may miss out , but thats life, family come first.
sometimes i think , im going to do a messy one this month, as others look great, but somehow, when i get started, i dont like what i see, this happened today, as soon as i put the splatters on , then every thing went a w o l, Lol

A2Z Scraplets Easter Challenge
I had the A2Z chipboard out, thinking of doing another A2z Challenge, but up to coming on net again to check out the colours again, i noticed, that you had a sketch up, looked easy, will give that a go,
i have used white card stock and have inked around with Dew Drop Brilliance Mediterranean blue.
I haven't measured the photos , just cut where i wanted to
I have used ,Kaiser Sandy Toes, paper and have used the Kaiser trimmer with the Wave edger . I have also inked this
The View and The are from Paradiso Kaiser Papers
The chipboard is from A2Z Scraplets.
here i have inked it and then ran it though my ebosser with Coulture Creations party time embossing folder, it has circles on , so can do for water feature as well
i have then put glossy accents over the lot when dry.
had fun, another one done for march.
the longest part was waiting for the glossy accents to dry.
i dont usually do Easter challenges , but what the heck, anything different is as good as a holiday, to get the adrillian rushing
hope you like it , until next time
have a wonderful Easter.

A2ZScrapletsScrapbookandCardChallenges
A2Z Scraplets scrapbook and card Challenge , March, the start of a new challenge , i think i like to try it, but before doing so and clicking that i will do, i best see what requirements do i need for this one, umm
chipboards, well, i have plenty of them, but A2Z chipboards, i wonder, i might be out of the game, before i begin, i have a drawer full, plus 2 bags of chipboards,
lets see, yes, i have 2 off to a good start. lets get photos, paper and get started. ( the other chipboard is a sword, why i would buy that is beyond me, but something might eventuate one day , maybe i had thoughts on a card,
I hope its alright , that i have some in my stash already, im going to the craft show soon, hoping that a2z is there so i can buy more and create more challenges,
So with my chipboard, i have painted 2 of the sails with distress crackle paint - white picket fence, by ranger and with the rest of the ship have used distress paint - barn door, then added crackle accents by ranger ( it does not show up as much on the red, as it did on the white ) i have used, Kaiser E07 light mahogany pen for the masts, and for the little flags at the top , i have used Liquid pearls. Baby Blue
The paper range is from Kaiser Sail Away.
the diamonds are from Close to my Heart
I have inked the string and glued to to the page, and have used a bit of gauze to place behind the ship.
hope you like it as much as i had fun getting out stuff that i havent used in a while, now back in cupboard.
cheers

white with 1 march - Lavender herb
my the months seem to be just flying by,
White with 1, lavender Herb,
As soon as i saw the colour, i knew the photo i would use.
i have been redoing my photos out of all those old photo books,
I have been thinking of doing the ones ,where i was a bridesmaid for my school friend, but life sometimes gets in the way, but this week have planned to stay at home and get some of my photos from the 70's done and scrapped.
I haven't titled it, as i thought i would put it on the start of the pre wedding photos. when we went to dinner for the pre wedding, as carol, did not want a big bridal shower, and in my day, that just did not happen, it was just out to dinner on most occasions.
This afternoon i started off with Kaiser white card stock, then added Kaiser Airy Fairy dotted paper. Then with my lucky 8 punch, cut out another white Kaiser sheet and have dotted around the edge with Kaiser PP 02 pen
other items on my layout are
Martha Stewart punches corner and edge,
Portia - Rhinestones roll, isn't it always the way when you want something ,you dont have any, so in my case, its swirls which i love, so not to be beaten, i have hand glued them into place. one by one, which took a while, I have done this also with the Couture Creations white and lilac pearl drops, as well.
The Butterflies, i have cut out using, Kaszazz punch and added the lilac pearl drops
I have added some small flowers from Vivalda Blossoms
also hand cut out flowers from Sospeso Transparente Flowers
orchid branch, series 2/14 little flowers and series 2/04 daisy and after cutting them all out, got my candle and heated them and curled them, as well as my glue gun and glued it all together and added bling to it,
hope you love it as
much as i loved creating it , now while i have everything out, i might as well finish another page of the wedding.
Thanks very much for this lovely colour, its so delicate and pretty.

white with 1
i started this layout, before went away, so when i came home, i knew it would be dry, maybe curled a bit it wasn't til now, that i realized, that i haven't done anything else to it, so its not really my best work, wasn't going to put it in, as it did not take a lot of time to do, but its another page done ,
so i got out one of my stencils and inked over the stencil with brown ink, then got out my Dylusions sprays melted chocolate and sprayed it to make the sprays run.while i had the stencil over the page, i got out my baby wipes and smeared around the edges , ( as well as it cleaned my my stencil as well, bonus)
I then found this photo, when looking for another photos for another layout and thought, why not, another photo in the album

I have inked and distressed around the edges with Kaiser Teal IP701
The collectables
CM 604 from the Sun Kissed Kit.
just love the sea horses, I have never been one for words on my layouts, but of course you can see lots on this layout,
I have used , Vellum from spotlight to stamp the Kaiser net stamp , this is a great stamp, i can see lots of my beach, fishing layouts using this stamp.
i found some real shells that i picked up and have placed 3 on the bottom of the page
The Butterflies are another new thing for me, now im addicted to these little butterflies, they are from Kelly - Ann Ooterbeek from A Mothers Art in Casino, I received these blue ones as part of my christmas present and now just want more of them. Kelly ann has 10 different colours, just devine .

Scrapping Outback - White with a twist
thanks Scrapping Outback February Challenge.
WHITE WITH A TWIST, What a wonderful colours to work with. When i saw it , i knew exactly what i was going to do.
2 weeks ago, i drove away with friends to Casino, New South Wales. I knew there was a swimming pool where we were going to stay and had my outfit all ready for the morning photo shoot, taken by my friend Natalie. all was going to plan, photos taken of pool and me. and then we ended up late for class, seeing as we were all late ,the only seats left were in the middle, will make sure im early next time so we all can sit on the outside looking in , all was good though. everyone knew we were from Queensland with the proper time set.
Today , i have used ,Kaiser White card stock and then with the new Kaiser Net template ( stencil) fishing Net. rubbed over with my finger,
i have used Inka - gold -cobaltblua
Colour Blast colour paste - singing the blues and deep water, dont these just smell divine, have to remember they are not for eating
.
while waiting for it to dry, i have inked the Lazy days chipboard from Fab Scraps DC 64 007 , with Drew drop Brilliance rocket red ink and then placed glossy accents over it and let to dry, Its good now & then to have like a detash, in the cupboards, one finds amazing things, that i have forgotten about, when i have soo much stuff, and found these cute button adhesive from Mod Designs alphabets and rub ons. out fell a ball and some flowers, i must have been planning on doing something with these to all fall out at the same time ,so now to put to this layout and its done with.
the Welcome to Paradise is a journalling card from Kaiser,
I have put glossy accents and some paint to acetate & put the Casino over the top when dry to give a watery effect, and placed some clear dots around to give the effect of water , i will have to buy some more of these, as they were my last lot. when im at the craft show.
hope you enjoy this layout, as much as i loved creating it this afternoon
until next time

Kraft Plus February Challenge
Great Challenge this month,
I have in my cupboard, in albums , post cards, that when my friends & family goes over seas, they either post me of give me post cards, as i love to see all the different kinds of amazing pictures , & places, that i will never get to see,
So today, which ones to pull out & take photos of, i took 33 photos, but of course, no one would be able to see that it was a kraft plus challenge, as i could not see any kraft paper, so have reduced the photos, still could not see paper, so then had to really think, which ones really can i put on the layout, and add come colours to the page,
I have used Do craft paperama stamps,
I also used Kaszazz postcard stamp with Versa mark , white cloud ink and staz on jet black ink
the postmarks in some of the photos are actually from the post card, which i have just cut out and have curled and distressed and inked with distress brown ink
the sticker sheet across the page is from Kaiser - Miss empire sticker sheet.
As i was taking the photos, my husband came in and said what a waste, im hoping that i dont die first, as he will throw away my collection of over 600 post cards away that ive been collecting since , before we got married. ( 39 years and still collect where possible) LOL.
hope you like my layout, as much as i had fun remembering those memories of my friends in these places. so long ago.

1 2 3 Feb Challenge
thank you for these great bold colour,
1 being the colour - red
2 the word - Lovely
3 - Hearts
All fitting for lovers and valentines day, although in this case , my sisters engagement and birthday,
I have used. Kaiser white card stock,
cut out the middle and made a frame from Kaiser Porcelain Rose paper.
I have used Everlasting keepsakes cuddles chipboards ( hearts)
and vellum diacuts for the word Lovely and Kaiser Silver Bells as the centre of the layout
also used are Kaiser Porcelain Rose sticker sheet for flowers and bird.
the hearts along the bottom are from a cheap shop, ( threw the wrapping away years ago about time i used it )
