white with 1 October challenge
i have lots of ink pads tthat i bought on the cheap, wondering if stamping would take a hold of me,when i started scrapping many years ago, i do have lots of lvoely stamps now, but rarely think of them on layouts but on cards, but those 1st lot of cheap ink pads, that i bought are still sitting there, as i love all the new ones that come out, hence, they are almost dried up, so i thought it does not matter , what i do with them i dont have reinkers for them.
with this in mind, the challenge of the month, peach puff, , so i got out my ink pads( only one orange of) couture creations craft mat, water spritzer inked my mat, sprayed water on the ink pad a bit of white gesso, and mixed to the consistency i wanted,
My Kaiser Stencil, brick work, does wonders for this layout of the church at Casino, i brushed the ink over the stencil,
Then with recently bought stamps from Casino, I used , kaiser lattice and morocco clear stamps with left over gesso & ink around the page.
i have lots of chipboards , so going though, I found one that had trees and brick work, well the trees can do for another layout, inking it with Dew Drop Brilliance moonlight white ( which i just love)
I inked the fence, words bricks and swirls.
i recently, won a prize from Close to my Heart September challenge and just picked it up today, and wow theres apricot embellishments just the right colour, here i have added hearts, arrow, and stars to the layout.
The flowers are a mixture of prima flowers and ribbon flowers, which soe have inked just the edges
I have used, glossy accents on the words Casino Church.
until next month,
thanks for stopping by,
oh , just noticed that the flash on the photo.
