Kaiser Septambers Challenge
i can not believe that we are almost in October, where has the year gone,
looking at the great sketch ,but not thinking of any pictures can be troublesome to say the least, when the mind goes blank, its not that i dont have enough photos, i have lots and they need to be scrapped or as my hubby says , if they now dont mean anything now , throw them away.
shock horror i think
so looking at the Kaiser corner, so many beautiful layouts, this month, i think, maybe it just time for me to give the challenges a miss , ive been doing them for over 3 years, but i do like the sketches etc. i still have a mountain of Kaiser products, and mountains of photos and it gives me something to do though the day when im home and not travelling people for appointments every month,
A lady wrote when i mentioned this and she said that instead of looking for photos of people that no one really is interested in as they dont know them why not do sceneries,
well, yes, i thought i have lots of photos that way in new zealand trip, and so my journey began
products ive used ,
Kaiser - Limelight paper
P 1451 Dawn
P1445 Bright
P 1449 Step
Botanica - collectables
Kaiser Elegant Pearl Florish Chocolate
Kaiser Lime green Rhinestones
No cardstock was used on this layout

here is my version
Hope you like it ,now to figure how i enter the page again ,
have a great day

123 septembers challenge
123 September's Challenge
Love this combo, i always love anything that has blue in it , so calming
I enjoy doing 123 challenges each month and can not wait til the next month comes around.
love this sketch, colours and words, Love Always, this view from imaginarium designs chipboards,
Where has September gone its almost over and i haven't done any of my challenges this month, time is going too fast,
After a restful break for 10 days away, i came home peaceful & relaxed , but then 2 days later the hectic life began again with taking people off for their appointments, hospitals again. yaa i think i have this week off, keep fingers crossed,
i need another holiday, LOL
todays i have chosen a few collections for my page,
Kaiser - Coastal Escape, High Tide & Close to my Heart papers
Inked the title with Kaisers, sandstone inks this is getting a bit light on , i will have to make it one of my new buys at the next trip to the shop.
I have Kaisers Die cut my anchors using sand and blue cardstock
the circle, i cut out of my bread and butter plate, easy, instead of getting out machine,
inked the string on some of the anchors,
i have embossed swirls, just love these going though my ebosser, for texture
I have distressed my edges and inked as well,
hard to believe we are in October next week, my turn for someone ( hubby ) to drive me to an appointment, rest , yaaa. at first thought i would be staying in hospital, but this isn't the case now , so hoping that all will go well, im looking forward to seeing the sizes of the sketch photos again real soo instead of spots, i will be seeing properly,
i will be resting for a few days, from 3rd October,
hope you like my layout as much as i have enjoyed doing this ,
until next month have a great day

Imaginarium Designs
Selfie this months challenge, not often we do ourselves, hey.
Tonight, i wanted a quick and fast way to do my challenge, as im heading away tomorow and did not want to leave the photos and papers on my desk, til my return, as the challenge would be over and the photo would go back into the cupboard.
I received some different Imaginarium chipboards last month for a placing, so pleased with that . now can do lots more Imaginarium challenges if i want to do.
i had out blue cardstock of another project, i got out 2, but only used the one sheet so instead of putting it away, just use it , this is my plan. in the coming months to use instead of storing for a rainy day, lol ,
so thought a selfie, i thought, use the imaginarium letters and colour them with Chameleon Pens, and the leaves ( large flourish imaginarium ) served a good point for my flowers, and i love anything , lacy, so the me in the ( window Imaginarium ) ) chipboard, just suited ,
i have used some Kaiser brick papers
my latest buy is Chameleon pens so what better way than to colour the chipboards with it , i have cool colours, like light blues, dark blue, greens , although , i may not have mastered it yet , im sure in time i will .
I found some die cuts, from Coco Vanilla , just love this collection Hello Sunshine,
i found some words, flowers and arrows clouds, and used liquid pearls for centres of flowers ,
thanks
see you all later next month sometime ,
thanks for great challenge, i wonder what interesting things you have installed for next month, i may have to sneak in on the computer somewhere in my travels so i can get some ideas of photos while im away lol

scrapbook fantasies weekly challenge, #33 colour orange
welcome to a new week,
this week scrapbook challenge has the colour orange as their colour, im not one for orange, in my stash, so what to do , leave it nah.
i did however pick up some bright orange papers from make and takes months ago and thought i will give it a try one day, so the orange paper has been in with my kits to do box.
what to do , ? ? ? ? ummm ,as i said not a colour i play with,
my friend is creating a mini album, and she was saying about all the fussy cutting she has to do on it i asked her which album from heartfelt creations she was doing ,as i have several of their dies,
so in getting them out, im flicking though my dies, in my book, and theres a brick die ,and the lovely swirly one, and ideas started to form,
so theres not a lot of papers that im used to adding on it this time ,but the effect is there and thats the main thing
Orange cardstock
Kaiser Brick Die
swirly die not sure if its Kaiser,
A Mothers Art Butterflies, i have used the yellow ones and put Martha Stewart orange glitter pen over it , it would not stay on ,so then added glossy accents over the top,
Kaiser Pina Colada leaves rub ons and coloured with Martha Stewart Glitter Markers
Instead of throwing away the release paper, i have added it to the bottom to tie in with the black edging of the butterflies,
Love this is from a Kaiser Paradiso sticker sheet
I have dotted around the edge with my orange Glitter Markers from Martha Stewart ( love these Markers)
most likely wont be able to do challenges, the next few weeks, unless i see them up soon . LOl
as have orchid show on last weekend of august, ( 26 th and 27th ) then will be going away for a few weeks, ( no scrapping allowed in caravan LOL)
until next time have a great week scrapping

The photo brings back lots of lovely memories, of our nephew ,who had just came back from army camp for the weekend, and the whole family were there,
Our God Daughter, looked like she was having a really good time with dad, on the trampoline, the excitement on her face tells such wonderful memories of Family Fun. all the children then wanted a go, poor Brian. he was worn out .
i do hope you give this month a try looking forward to seeing your layouts .

Kelly Ann Oosterbeeks sketch august challenge
Thanks Kelly Ann and Kym C for the great sketch this is sketch 1
Kelly has 4 sketches a month, unless there are 5 weeks in the month, then we get a extra one,
last night, i created , one of Kelly ann Oosterbeeks sketch one, i love Kym's sketches.
im starting to get out my dies, and last night, decided on the poinsettia one, that i bought last year, at Christmas , about time i started to use some of my dies, they all look lovely to look at , and then finding the time to use them is sometimes another matter entirely
i sometimes think i just love just browsing though my stamps ,dies and embossing folders, which i all have in books, easy to see
so after putting though the embossing machine before i took out the dies, i inked some of them to give edging around the flowers, I love the heartfelt creations cockatoo, not many things to it too ,once you have done cards for men in my life, but wil try and use it a bit more
I have coloured the cockatoo with my watercolour pearlised paints, which can be bought at spotlight for $5.00, so easy to go on , and relaxing to paint .
the cloud is also a die , that i have just recently got from a kit, have inked it
the little flowers are from D'stash that i bought on sunday,
well, i best o get of here and do some housework, hubby is renovating, in the lounge room, which means vacuum cleaner will have to come out.
i wonder if i have time later to do another layout, ummm
