A2Z scraplets march challenge

  its great to be able to do some layouts  with our beloved  pets,

 My  chipboard today is  from  A@Z scraplets  -  You make  my heart Smile

On my chipboard ( a2z )  i have   used my finger to  add  black gesso  on it ,when dry, ( with fan as im  not patient  in the day time )  then added  Kaiser  6 x 6 paws print & have used mica powders with gel medium.. Then have placed crackle Varish

  My products i have used today are

technique today
Instead of cutting off the bottom, with   the woof woof  on it ,  i have left it  on and cut off the top of the page,  when i do the other side, i will place something over the   bottom where the   writing is.
i have distress  some edges of papers,
 I have   placed   paw stencil  over  my patterned papers &  have  inked it with  black ink.  on the right hand side of my  layout,
then just a matter of  placing the words and photos   on my page,

may even do another  page ,while i have the papers  out , less to put back into the cupboard  then ,

Kaiser March Challenge

 hi  all,
another month has come and almost gone again , i think the older i get the faster it  goes,

today, i was going to  sort though all my many papers, & not do layouts,  or so i thought ,
i came across  some purple paper, and thought, gosh   thats the exact colour of  Kaisers challenge, no,   keep  going  on what you started ,  otherwise it will be night ,and nothing will get done again.
but no, with  many papers to be sorted on the table , i  got to thinking,   maybe do a double layout, this should work,   well ,in my  quest to  put all the other papers on the  floor to  do the double layout ,ive misplaced one photo, so  here is  my single layout  using

here i have  used Kaisers  - Konstrukt P523 Beams,  This collection is  june 2010, LOL  i hear you saying ,  yes,  i have a lot of older stock,  kept it for doing  our home   album which  i stopped once i started challenges 

i have cut  just under the  ruler  at the top,  all around   didn't measure  just about  that should do it ,  and then turned the centre over  and joined altogether  using kaiser black cardstock as  base to hold it all. but you dont see this,  it will be for my next page ,

Kaiser   P520  Toolbox, is  hand   drawn in  all  with purple pen, as you will see on my sample its got  green and blue, but all mine are purple,  this was a bit time consuming , but still it was nice and quite in the house this  morning. ( you would not think it the same paper  after  colouring it in  

Kaiser EM 917  embellishment pack ,again drawing them  all purple, 

the  spools are kaisers  but the string is not ,

The butterflies are from Kaiser Velvet Crush,

documented is cut from   another    Kaiser collection thats purple,  the bottom was cut off ,  maybe velvet crush as well, 

the word October  is from  velvet crush i think. i have cut the bottom off  but it has  12 sections  for    cutting out

sketchy boards march challenge

 hi peepers,

 gosh ,where  did feb go ,i suppose being away for most of it ,  accounts for   some  of the time ,

for  march challenge of sketchy boards,  their criteria is sketch plus   3 different papers,  one die cut and   bling,  this  i can do  yaa, love  bling, dont you .
i have turned the layout to suit  me.

Ive had these  photos of my  first car  in my  crafting   box for years,  wondering  when and if i  will get a challenge to challenge me with it  or just do something with them  myself, but  today  is the day, yaa they are   done now,

i usually use  Kaiser products and today  is no different .
ive  used ,  Mr and  Mrs
                 Jungle Bug
                Boho  Dreams
                and a bit of  my  scraps for  the look of  checkerboard,( embossed)   which i  coloured in with  black  pen to show up   a bit better  ( after  i got about quarter   way though, i thought,  why did i  start this its going to take forever to  draw in  LOL )  but it  looks great now done,

the mini is  a sticker , thats been in my cupboard for ever,  i have placed  Kaiser  Boho  dreams under it & cut around the mini.  then inked  the edge and  coloured the   roof  with black pen.


the white frame, is  from craft works , instant photo frames, which i bought, on the weekend from a friend who passed away recently, ( Karen Schmidt) and her friend  jan lia,  was selling   her goods to help the family
this morning  after  my physio  class, i went to the newsagent and  bought a new card making  mag, which had  cars signs, all male  stuff, which has  stamps  in it ,    so have stamped the  sign in black staz on ink and also   Tyre tracks which i have placed  under the sticker mini

Added  extras is  white lace  and  chipboard, which i  have inked and  placed glossy accents on top,
